- Wooden clothespin
- Brown paint
- Paintbrush
- Red and yellow construction paper
- Googly eyes

- Spray bottle
- Glue

How to make your Coffee Filter Turkeys :
Step 1: Start by flattening the coffee filter and use several different colored markers to color the filter. This will be the turkey’s feathers.
Step 2: Place the coffee filter on a paper plate and use the spray bottle to spray the filter with water. Set aside to dry.
Step 3: Use brown paint to cover the clothespin. This will be the turkey’s body. Set aside to dry.
Step 4: Cut a small yellow triangle for a turkey beak and cut a red gobbler out. A grown-up can help with this.
Step 5: Assemble the turkey’s face by gluing two googly eyes at the top of the clothespin.
Step 6: Add the beak and gobbler with more glue.
Step 7: Fold and crinkle the dry coffee filter in half and insert the filter into the top of the clothes pin.
