How to make your NYE Poppers:
Step 1: Paint the outside of the toilet paper roll a solid color.
Step 2: After the paint dries, use stickers and washi tape or use markers to decorate your popper!
Step 3: Tie a knot at the end of a balloon.
Step 4: Cut the other end of the balloon open.
Step 5: Now take the balloon opening and stretch it over the toilet paper roll.
Step 6: Load your popper with the small pom pom balls.
